Mr. Alan Maximiuk is Vice President Financial Services. Mr. Maximiuk oversees the Company's treasury department and is directly responsible for cash management and capital planning. Mr. Maximiuk has been employed by Ramco-Gershenson since October of 1991. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Maximiuk was Director of Corporate Accounting for J.P. Industries, Inc. Mr. Maximiuk earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Western University with a focus in Accounting and Finance and is Certified Public Accountant with the State of Michigan.
